6 Week Meditation Challenge with Corina Pall
We live in a busy world and most of us feel overwhelmed with the number of changes happening right now. We may feel as if we have lost control of our lives. Truth be told, we were never in control of our external world; we were and are only, in control of our internal world.
When life becomes a struggle, practicing meditation helps us to observe our thoughts without judgement or attachment.
What is meditation?
Our main job is to think, we are constantly thinking, we have roughly 60,000 thoughts a day. Meditation helps us to interrupt negative thought patterns and gives our mind a break from constant thinking.
Can meditation improve and balance the thinking process?
Meditation interrupts our thinking patterns by directing our awareness to our breath. It decreases the number of thoughts and the speed at which thoughts enter the mind. During a meditation practice our awareness is drawn from the head and into the heart space, relaxing the body and calming the mind.
How can meditation help me?
By practising meditation daily, you will learn to become aware of your thoughts. You will learn to discern when thoughts are coming from your egoic mind or from your heart. The more attuned and aligned you are with your body, the more in tune you will be with your awareness, consciousness, and your own vibration.
Is meditation that powerful?
The best way to find out is to start practising it!

Benefits of group meditation:
When you meditate alone, your whole energetic field expands, as well as your awareness and consciousness. Your energy vibration raises and you begin emanating feelings of relaxation, love, and compassion. When you meditate in a group, these experiences are intensified and expand into what is called, the collective field. There is a beautiful energy harnessed when people meditate together.

What would my day look like if I would be more relaxed, calm, and grounded?

During our 6 weeks together, you are invited to become aware of your breath, be present in the NOW, relax your body, connect to your heart space, observe your thoughts, and tune in to your energy.
This meditation challenge is for all abilities. No experience needed, only the intention to relax and let go.
Hints and Tips for the sessions:
Wear comfortable clothing.
– warm socks and a blanket
– a yoga mat or cushion
– a bottle of water
Try to eat well in advance of the session (it is hard to meditate if you are too full or too hungry).
